Refunds & Returns Policy
Due to the nature of the stock being provided, we are unable to supply refunds and do not accept returns.
While it is disappointing to see dishonesty, we have seen cases where plants returned have been changed from those sent in an attempt to obtain replacement plants or refunds.
Plants have also been returned in different potting media, and in poor condition compared to those sent while claiming to be the same plants. If this occurred, we would run a high risks of introducing disease or pests into the nursery.
