All orders will be packed with the utmost care so that plants arrive in the best condition possible. Pacific Beach Orchids makes no guarantee nor can any guarantee be given to the state of the order following postage. Once the order is sent, Pacific Beach Orchids is no longer responsible nor liable. No responsibility will be taken or warranty given in relation to orders delivered by any postage or delivery service.

Your order will be packed and shipped on the Tuesday following payment for the order (wherever practical). No order will be dispatched until full payment has been received.

Prices are in AUD and are subject to change at any time without notice.

Unfortunately Pacific Beach Orchids cannot post live plants to Tasmania, Western Australia or overseas at present. Some restrictions may also apply to the Northern Territory.

Orders will be sent using courier where possible to avoid delay, and will incur freight costs as charged by the courier. We will always seek to supply the order via the best valued shipping we can negotiate at the time dependant on destination and delivery times.
